About Carisma LLC

Carisma LLC is a full service technology services firm that has been servicing Bucks and Montgomery County businesses for more than a decade. We are now pleased to extend our services to home users via our drop-off location in our Doylestown, PA (18901) computer repair shop.

Our business technology services are offered to businesses on a monthly retainer agreement, through discounted prepaid hours, or via a fee-per-project scenario. Whether you need help fixing a computer, designing a new network, building a server, procuring hardware or software, moving machines or selecting between VOIP and copper phone lines, We have the answers and technology know-how to keep your company's computers and technology running smoothly and efficiently.

Company History

CARISMA was founded in November 2001 by former members of the Lucent/Bell Labs Intellectual Properties Team.

Desiring to provide the finest in Computer Service to Bucks County and the surrounding areas, Frank Ricciardi our President & CEO opened CARISMA's doors following his departure from Bell Laboratories. Holding both a bachelors degree in Computer Sciences and an M.B.A. in Marketing allows Mr. Ricciardi to bring a unique blend of business savvy as well as technological expertise.

In 2006 CARISMA celebrated its first half decade by eclipsing that milestone having never lost an account. This unprecedented feat was chronicled by local trade and news publications. "We clobber our clients with service, it's how we roll." says Ricciardi.

In 2009 our first product offering, the SpamSnapper(TM) was released. Bringing affordable protection from unwanted SPAM & bulk email to our customers at a an great price.

In 2011, Carisma celebrated its ten year anniversary. Carisma has seen dozens of computer companies pop-up and just as quickly go away in the Bucks/Mont region, but Carisma is here to stay!
